1. Introduction
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that the following rules are observed during your stay at the Woodpecker Inn.

2. Visitor Policy
• Visitors are not permitted on the premises without prior approval from management.

3. Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all suites. A fine of R500.00 per violation will apply.
• Smoking is only permitted on designated balcony areas.

4. Pet Policy
• No pets are allowed on the premises. This policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.

5. Curfew and Access
• Access to the guesthouse will not be permitted after 21:00.

6. Liability
• The Woodpecker Inn shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, regardless of the cause, including but not limited to theft, fire, negligence, or equipment failure.
• Guests acknowledge that they are aware of the legal protections afforded to them but agree that the guesthouse, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible for any such incidents.

7. Key and Breakages Deposit
• A fully refundable key and breakages deposit of R500 is required upon check-in.
• The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or losses have occurred.

8. Irons and Hairdryers
• Irons and hairdryers are available on request.
• A refundable deposit of R200 per item is required.

9. Guest Responsibility
• The guest signing the registration form warrants that they are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of themselves and all accompanying persons.
• In the absence of such authority, the signing guest accepts full personal liability for all costs incurred by themselves and their accompanying party.

10. Noise and Parties
• The Woodpecker Inn does not permit bookings for the purpose of hosting parties.
• Any noise complaints will result in a fine of R1,000.
• Continued disturbance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Any deposits held will be retained as liquidated damages, and guests agree to these terms upon booking.
